The only things they are “for” must directly benefit wealthy white christian straight healthy able men (notice the word smart is missing). There is a lot of fear of losing power and privilege so therefore all others who are not like them must be oppressed. Do you believe drag queen story time at libraries harms kids (and if so even more than gun violence?) Do you fear teenagers reading about gay relationships and want to ban their ability to read any story that has gay characters in it. Would you take away the ability of a woman or girl who has an unwanted pregnancy to end that pregnancy, forcing them to go thro the entire 9 months that will be costly, forever change their body, and make them suffer through a painful process of labor and delivery that has the potential to kill or maim them, against their will? Do you fear that white kids learning how brutally treated blacks have been for centuries will make them feel guilty?
